Campaign Online

Build a simple fundraising site online through a do-it- yourself fundraiser site, and launch your own personalized campaign against modern-day slavery.

We suggest using:

Razoo  or Crowdrise

to host your site.

3 Steps to a Campaign Site:

1. Register the site, and choose Somaly Mam Foundation as the cause;

2. Set a fundraising goal, and upload photos, statistics, and survivor stories (see below for details), and

3. Share the site with your networks--friends, family, coworkers and colleagues--via email and social networks.

Make it Personal:

include the story of how you got involved with PROJECT FUTURES, why other people should care, and what a difference their contribution can make in supporting SMF's work.  See Voices For Change for personal survivor stories.  Visit the login area for some helpful statistics and funding information, as well as photos and graphics to use on the site.

Plan a meaningful celebration for when you reach your goal!

Birthday Campaign

Have a fall birthday? 'Donate' it to the Somaly Mam Foundation!

You can do this by asking your friends and family to donate to SMF for your birthday present. It’s a wonderful way to celebrate another year of your life while supporting former victims of the terrible crime of sex trafficking and supporting Somaly's vision of a world without slavery.

Somaly Mam does not have the privilege of knowing her own birthday. Sometimes we take things we are blessed to have for granted. Donating your birthday to our cause will not only remind you of how lucky you are, but also help girls that are less fortunate.

Use Clover by Clover to choose SMF as a recipient for your birthday presents, or

Causes.com's birthday wish site to use your birthday as a fundraising campaign.  Set it up at least a month in advance of your birthday to give people time to 'shop' (aka donate).

Thanks for your support of the Somaly Mam Foundation, and for helping us to fund shelters, empower survivors and end slavery worldwide.
